FAQ/Returns

Return Policy: 

Our return policy allows for refunds of the product cost within 14 days if the item is still in resalable condition, but excludes the cost of original shipping and requires the customer to cover return shipping. Exchanges for a different size are also accepted within 14 days, but customers are responsible for shipping costs and custom-made components cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective products can be returned within 14 days, but we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse.

Faulty, Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost:

We apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality retail experience. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us with order details and the problem, and we will work to resolve it promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost items due to the shipping carrier. Once a tracking number is created, please contact the courier directly and file a claim with USPS.

Wrong Address:

If the courier deems your address insufficient, the shipment will return to our facility. To reship, you will be responsible for costs once we confirm an updated address. Cancelling your order will result in a refund for the items minus the original shipping fee. No response to our emails will result in a donation to charity after 2 weeks, marking the order as fulfilled.

Pre-Orders/Backorders:

Orders containing item(s) that are on pre-order/backorder status will not ship until all items are present, unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Where are your products made? 

All QCT products are made in Wisconsin, USA. 

How long do your products take to ship?

We can typically have your order in the mail within three (3) days of ordering. If for whatever reason leadtimes are longer, we will have an announcement at the top of our website with current, accurate ship estimates.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from QCT.
